Feb 4th, Kaiser Permanente Half Marathon, San Francisco. Time to get a base line on current fitness moving forward for the year. 1.29 & change. 1st 50+ Div. Strong running, good sign. Still lot's of work to do. Great conditions.
2017: North Face Endurance Challenge 50M. Sat Nov 18th. 10 hours & change. If you are considering this, it's a monster course. Good Jesus. 1st 50+ Div.

Skyline 50K, Sunday Aug 6th. 2017. 5.42.07. 9th Female, 1st 50+ SUNDAY: JULY 23rd. THE SAN FRANCISCO MARATHON. 3.20.21. 16th Female, 1st 50+ Division.
Saturday: July 15th. Park Run Crissy Field. 5k. 19.49. 2nd Female. 1st Div. Fastest time for 2107. 6.48/6.24/6.06 & change to the line.
Saturday: July 8th. Park Run Crissy Field. 5k. 1st female, 19.55. Goal was to drag that 5k back down under 20. Headwind/ tailwind. Tick.
Tuesday: July 4th. Kenwood Footrace. 6th Female, 2nd Master. Classic, old school race have heard about and always wanted to do. Loved it, tough 10k course with some great downhill & fast flat finish. 43 min & change, got the speed workout I needed on a Tuesday then celebrate USA Birthday.
SATURDAY: JUNE 17TH. PARK RUN CRISSY FIELD 5K. 2nd Overall, first casual hit out since ankle roll. All looking good.
SATURDAY JUNE 24th. Urban Coyote Angel Island Half Marathon. 1st female.
SUNDAY: JULY 23rd. THE SAN FRANCISCO MARATHON. WELL...
