2023 Year In Review, Races So Far! Let's Do This.

BRAZEN RACING NITRO TRAIL HALF MARATHON. 5/13/2023.

This race was the litmus test of fitness, a fitness test I guess.  It's hard to gauge how fit you are just through training sometimes, so as I have done this race before, I thought the course would be a perfect place to see.   Path, dirt, trail mix.

Turned out I was fitter than I thought, and took first place, I really love this race, not because I won it but because the vibe of Brazen Races are always so real, down to earth, well organized and diverse.

So with a little victory in my pocket and some intel in my mind, there was some good information now to plan forward training.
